RETURN FOR NON-PAYMENT

Any transaction returned for insufficient funds, stop payment, or account closed reason(s) will be assessed a $30 fee.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

If weather conditions make it difficult for traveling on the roads (heavy rain, sleet, ice, snow, flooding, etc…), all services and pre-arranged appointments will be rescheduled for the next business day after the weather has improved.  Under no circumstances will our staff be put in harms way or at risk.

SERVICE CANCELLATIONS

It will be greatly appreciated that all cancellations be given 24 hours before the date of service.  Please be mindful of the other clients who need our assistance. Cancellations outside of that time frame will incur a $20 cancellation charge.
